ROCKEFELLER'S OFFER £1,200,000 FOR FRANCE (Received December 27, noon) PARIS, Dec. 26. ' Professor Georges/ (Roger announces that Mr. John Rockefeller, jnr., has offered £1,200,000 for the construction of a new medical school for France on condition that Franco contributes an equal amount. "Professor Roger said the sum would permit the finest medical centre in Europe to be built, capable of accommodating 10,000 students.
