AN ATLANTIC TRAGEDY
ONE-MAN CREW'S DEATH CADIZ, Dec. 26. A Spanish court has freed Dr. Francesco Caballero of charges of responsibility for the death of Angel Rivera, his one-man crew, on a voyage from' San Juan, via New'York. Roberto Lopez, a stowaway on the voyage, corroborated Caballero's contention that Rivera fell overboard.
