Pukeko, s.s. (8.10 p.m.), 912 tons, Barnes, for Auckland. Huanui, auxiliary ketch (8.45 p.m.), 139 tons, Thomsen, for Auckland. Parera, s.s. (9.15 p.m.), 544 tons, Nairn, for Westport. The Waimea arrived from Auckland eafly this morning and is now discharging 1 at the wharf. She is expected to sail at 7.30 p.m. for Napier. The Kahika, loading' for Napier and Gisborne, is expected to leave Dunedin at 11 a.m. on Friday for Oamaru, Timaru and Lyttelton. She is duo here about December 16. The Kaitangata, with coal from Grevmouth and Westport for Napier, Gisborne and Auckland, left Westport at midnight on Tuesday for Napier. Slio is due here about Monday next. The Kamona loads coal at Greymouth about Saturday for Napier, Gisborne and Auckland. The Waipahi is expected to load at southern ports for Napier and Gisborne, leaving Dunedin about Decern her 17. To continue Homeward loading, the 0. and D. line steamer Port Hardy is duo here on December 11. The Awahou, from Auckland, via Coast bays, arrives here to-night. The motor ship Margaret W arrived here at 3.30 a.m. to-day from Auckland. The vessel sails for Auckland to-night. The Tiroa, from Auckland, via Hicks Bay, Tokomaru Bay and Tolnga Bay, arrives here to-night. In view of the difficulty over the selection of a crew for Messrs. Holm and Co.’s steamer Himitangi, the owners have decided to lay the vessel up at Wellington indefinitely.
