RIVER OVERFLOWS
TOWN WASHED AWAY (United Service.) VANCOUVER, Sept. 26. News from El Paso. Texas, states that the town of San Marcial was swept away when the Rio Grande overflowed. Only two buildings are left, but no lives wore lost.
