(Bv Russell Owen.) BAY OF WHALES, Sept. 25. All work was stopped by a blizzard. The temperature is now 41 degrees below zero; last night it was 50 degrees. The inert on house duty have difficulty iti keeping the windows clear of snow, the windows being at the bottom of deep holes in a drift over the houses. It is uncertain how long the blizzard will last.
