It is believed that he is advancing on Kabul immediately. Meanwhile, Ha-bibullah is not idle.' With full knowledge of increased support available, his enemies fire offering innumerable inducements to tribesmen to capture leaders of the opposing forces and are enduring iron discipline and great hardships. The British authorities are again experiencing tiro greatest difficulties in preventing‘tribesmen on the British side of the frontier from participating in the Afghan civil war.
