GRUESOME OCCUPATION
UNEARTHING OF COFFINS CALLOUS WORKMEN (Received August 14, noon.) SYDNEY, August 14. Seven more coffins containing the remains of some of Sydney's pioneers were dug up by workmen at the Town Hall. They were thrown into lorries and dumped with other- refuse at several tips. One coffin was cut in halves. One portion has been dumped, and the other half is still buried. Somt workmen stood in coffins as they delved in the surrounding clay.
