HIS MAJESTY'S HEALTH (British Official Wireless .) Rec. noon. RUGBY, Aug. 13. Warm and sunny days are materially assisting the complete return to normal health of the King. He has enjoyed a lihle walking exercise and rest m the grounds of Buckingham Palace. No definite arrangements have yet been made for the Royal visit to Sandnngham. but with the King's present splendid progress it is hoped that the journey will not be long delayed.
