Mr. George Hunter, who arrived at Darwin in a sailing lugger, reports having seen a spar sticking out of the water' near Cape Keith, Melville Island. He could plainly see a. wrecked lugger beneath the water. This is believed to be the Harriett, which left Darwin in cliarge of Martin Calme, whose wife and family, one Chinese, and three aborigines were also on board.
