1,800,000 BOY SCOUTS
Presiding at the 20th annual meeting of the Council of the Boy Scouts' Association, Sir Robert Baden-Powell said there had been an increase of 28,000 scouts in India. In South Africa the movement, was going ahead. Thero are now 654,000 scouts in the Empire, and 1,800,000 in the world, representing 42 countries.
