A decision of interest to local bodies, stales the Auckland Herald, was given by Mr. E. C. Gotten, S.M., when he held the Auckland Gitv Council liable for the injury sustained to a motorist whose car capsized on the Great North road through one wheel running off the concrete strip, which was proved to be nearly six inches above the level of the rest of the roadway.
