PAINTED ANKLES
LATEST FRENCH CRAZE LONDON, Jan. 28. Fashionable Parisiennes are appearing in night clubs and ballrooms with bare legs, and with designs of flowers and butterflies painted round their ankles, says the Paris correspondent of the Daily News. The paintings are made with a special distemper invented by a famous perfume manufacturer.
