THE EXPERTS' INQUIRY FIRST MEETING TO-DAY (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.. (Received February 11, 11 a.m.) LONDON, February 10. Another great historic event this week, in addition to the signing of thCs treaty of conciliation between the Vatican and the Italian State, is the opening of the reparations inquiry. Experts of seven nations met unofficially at Paris on Saturday, and decided to hold the first meeting officially at the Hotel Astoria on Monday afternoon. It is understood that the press will be admitted to v the opening, and that the proceedings thereafter will be private.
