GROWING DEATH ROLL 115 KILLED: 600 INJURED (Elee. Tel. Copyright—Unitod Press Assn.) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received Feb. 11, 10 a.m.) CALCUTTA, Feb. 10. Fierce rioting occurred at Bombay on Saturday following a period of comparative quiet. Troops opened fire on mobs in the Nagdcvi district, 35 being killed and 193 injured between noon on Friday and Saturday. The total casualties are now 115 killed, and more than 000 injured. As in Calcutta in 1020, the casualty roll is due not to clashes between large mobs but to numerous assassinations and assaults in narrow fo'y-lanos. Hindu and Moslem leaders are exhorting their communities to be peaceable. Forty-six Pathans and Moslems have been arrested and charged with rioting. By Government and magisterial orders assemblies of live or more poisons are illegal. No person may loiter in the streets between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. All liquor .shops are closed.
