SUCCESSFUL SHOOT

POVERTY BAY GUN CLUB CLAY BIRD MATCHES The Poverty Bay Gun Club held a highly successful shoot at Makaraka yesterday, when four clay bird matches „ ere decided. Being a cloudy day, the light was not as good as it might have been, hut under the circumstances the shooting was exceptionally good. \V. Filliott won the first 15-bird shoot, and Page won the second shoot of an equal number of birds, while Elliott, W. Gates and A. J. Harris tied in the 10-bird mat**!, and Elliott, G. Glennie, A. J.
