TIMBER WORKERS’ DISPUTE (Received Januarv HI, noon.) SYDNEY, Jan. 31. I’ropnrations were made yesterday by Sydney limber yard and sawmilling and allied industries for a sirilio as from to-morrow. It, is ex|ieeted that if the men refuse to eniiforiii to the decision of the Arbitration Court, ami cense work rather than accept the IS hoars’ week, a majority of the limber yards and sawmills throughout I Bis and adjoining Slates will be idle within a few dnvs.
