The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that 12 Sino-foreign treaties have been signed since, July, American, Belgian, German, Norwegian, Danish, Italian, Dutc-li, French, British, I ortuguese Swedish, and Spanish. AMERICA NEGOTIATING (Australian and N.Z, Pwss Association. WASHINGTON, Dec. 30. Mr. Kellogg announced that negotiations with the Chinese Government have been initiated for an arbitration treaty Similar to those concluded during the current year with other governments, since there was no arbitration treaty between tbe United States and China at the present time.
