A SEASONAL DECREASE (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Dec. 27. The Ministry of Labor announces that on December' 17 the total number of unemployed was 1,271,100. This was 46,812 less than a week before, but 171,048 more than a year ago. A decrease in unemployed is generally expected about Christmas time.
