PRINCE’S DIFFICULT MOUNT
(Australian and N.Z. Press Association.' (Received December 27, 2 p.m.) LONDON, December 26. At Melton Mowbray, good horsemanship saved the Prince of Wales from being thrown from his horse. When tlie Prince appeared at the Oakham limit the cheering crowd of 2COO frightened his mount, which reared and plunged, and the Prince was only able to control tho animal with difficulty. When the horse grew quieter he raised his hat in response to the cheers. After the hunt he proceeded to Nottingham Farm.
