MORERE NEWS.
(Herald Correspondent.) A severe storm, with unusual features, visited these districts this week. Prefaced by heavy thunder and vivid lightning, heavy and continuous rain fell. In narrow belts.only a few yards wide in places unprecedented falls of hail fell. Nearly 24 hours afterwards in sheltered places hail was lying a solid mass over lft. deep. And gardens or orchards lying in this belt suffered severely.
