CONTRACTORS' POSITION KNOWLEDGE DISCLAIMED (Received Dec. 13, 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Dee. 13. Babcock and Wilcox, Ltd., state that their board investigated the Sydney transaction, which appears to have occurred 2J years ago, and whatever had been done in Sydney was without the board's knowledge or authority.
