After a 17 hours' sitting, the London County Council approved of a traffic pool, providing for agreements between the underground electric and othei. traffic concerns and the London tramways. The Labor Party forced 28 divisions throughout, the night, alleging that, the object of the pool was to give the underground railways a monopoly of London traffic. The scheme now goes before Parliament.
