ALLOCATION COMPLETE PRACTICALLY NO CHANGE (Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. The whole of the personnel of the Ministerial secretaries has been absorbed, and the majority of private secretaries will cany on under the ne\y< regime in the departments in which they were serving at the time of the change of Government. The Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward, announced this afternoon that the allocation of private secretaries was as follows : Prime Minister, Mr. C. A. Jeffery. Minister of Lands and Agriculture, Mr. A. W. Mulligan. Minister of Defence, Mr. G. F. Dixon. Minister of Native Affairs and Cook Islands Department, Mr. H. D. H. Balneuvis and Mr. A. J. Conway. Minister of Education. Mr. W. I. Da veil. Minister of Labor, Mr. F. M. Sherwood! Minister of Public Works; Mr. N. E, Hatchings. Minister of Railways, Mr. T. B. Aicken, Postmaster-General, Mr, W. R. King. .Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr. E. N. G. Poulton. Minister of Marine, Mr. F. G. Matthews. Minister of Health, Mr. J. T. Waugh. Attorney-General. Mr. S. Y. Jones, It is stated that Mr. J. Shanly, private socretavy to the ex-Minister of Agriculture, will He allocated to , a Minister. ' Mr. F.
