(Elcc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.)

LONDON, Dec. 11

"Back to Boadicea" describes the latest British.sporting enterprise, namely chariot racing. A greyhound track at Carntync, Glasgow, has been converted into an amphitheatre, each of four laps, the drivers and vehicles being released from cages. There will be six events, two between two four-horse chariots, and the remainder between four two-horse chariots. The promoters have given the drivers a retaining fee. The winners receive, £2 apiece. Petting wilt be permitted. Witnesses of the trials declare that the thrills eclipse dirt-track racing.
