PRIVILEGES RENOUNCED TCKIO. duly 12. The Emperor Hirohito of Japan presided at n council of the Imperial Family, which approved the petitions of Princes l<ujimuro and Hagimaro Yamashima, to renounce their imperial privileges. Prince Fujimaro was created Count Tsnkubn and Prince Hagimaro was given the title oF Count Knshima.
