WOMEN AS AVIATORS NEW YORK, July 11. "In future wars it is possible that women will servo as aviators because they are as capable as men once they have learned the art.'' declared Miss Amelia Enrhart, the first woman to fly over the Atlantic, on her return from Europe. "The country," she added, ''will soon be dotted with aviation clubs, which women will patronise because as a rule women have more, leisure than men." The Mayor of New York, Mr, "Jimmy'' Walker, presented Miss Earhart with a scroll of fame, while the emotional New (Yorkers gave ther a tremendous welcome.
