EXPERIMENT IN ENGLAND (British Official Wireless.) (Roe. Noon. RUGBY, April .13. Among the experiments which the engineering department of the General Post Office is making in connection with its telegraph service one of the most, interesting is , directed to the sending of a telegram as a picture, so that it shall reach the person to whom it is addressed as ;i facsimile of the handwriting of the sender. The experiments are being made in cooperation with Germany, and. if they prove successful the now form of message" will doubtless be adopted.
