RULED BY RUSSIA
NEW SOUTH WALES LABOR AMAZING DISCLOSURES (Eleo. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.J (Received Nov. 29, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 29. Speaking at a luncheon given in his honor »by the Constitutional Club, Mr. T. D. Mutch said the Labor movement in New South Wales no longer was the movement to which he had given a quarter of a century's work and service. "It now is based on the Russian model," he said. "Without doubt, not only its general scheme, but also its methods, arc those adopted by the Soviet. Russia has directed its representatives in New South Wales, and they are doing tho work for which they are paid. It is not necessary today to bo a member of the Labor Party to control the Labor movement. It is'found to be sometimes better not to be a member of a firm when more business can be doue by not being a member.'' He then outlined the methods adopted by the executive of the Australian Labor Party, and said they had been done in accordance with instructions issued by the Third Internationale, and the Labor movement to-day in New South Wales was controlled by a modified form of the Soviet system. He concluded by saying that he could say definitely that the evidence indicated that an attempt was successfully made to capture the .Australian Labor Party executive of this State and turn it into a miniature Soviet, to lie-extend-ed to every State in the Commonwealth.
