BIG BURDEN FOR AUCKLAND (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. By a decision of the Supreme „Court to-day the services of the Mount Eden Motor Bus Co. are to be taken over by the Auckland Corporation. The amoiwi't of compensation will be dealt with by an actibn to bo held a. month hence. The purchase, price claimed is £35,485. Mr. Justice Herdman said the' majority decision of the court was that the buses were in substantial competition in a district covered by the tramway service,' as laid down by the Act.
