De Y:iler:i, witli the locked out Republicans, issued a manifesto stating that the deputies were wrongfully debarred from taking their seats because they refused to subscribe to the Oath of Allegiance to a. foreign king. They emphatically repeat that under no circumstances will they take such an oath.
