Speaking in the foreign affairs debate, Count Reventlow alleged that during M. Briand's recent visit to London Tentative arrangements were made for Anglo-French and Polish cooperation against Russia in the event of a military clash. Count Reventlow contended that if there was war between England and Russia Or. St.resomn tin's policy would be decidedly harmful to Germany. The interests of France and England no longer needed Locarno, yet Germany cherished an illusion.
