I believe that the crude method of cutting out cancerous growths, which is not. a cut in the true sense, will soon lie a thing of the past," said Sir Thomas llorder, physician to the Prince of Wales, while addressing patrons of the Empire Cancer Campaign's mid-summer ball. lie added that although the cure of cancer had not yet been found, they were undoubtedly learning how to control the disease.
