PRISON FARM
WEST AUSTRALIAN SCHEME (Received, .June 24, 10 a.m.) i"KKTH, June 24. The (government is establishing a prison farm and afforestation depot on an area of 7600 acres, of which 5000 acres will bo utilised for pine afforestation, and the balance devoted to sheep raising, dairying, apple and potatogrowing. Selected prisoners only will be sent to the farm, those convicted of graver cranes being excluded.
