FITNESS PLAN FOR POSTERITY
SWISS DOCTOR'S MOTION APPROVED. GENEVA, May 4. The Society ,for Social and Moral Hygiene at Neuchatel University, at their annual meeting yesterday, approv a proposition of Dr. Muret, of Lusanne, that lunatics, criminals, and those suffering from incurable, diseases, both men and women, should be sterilised to prevent the birth of unfit babies and to benefit future generations. The operation, to prevent abuse, would be performed only at the request and with the consent of relatives of the person and with the approval of a qualified medical man.
