OPENING OF PARLIAMENT KING'S sww"* WELL RECEIVED (Elo-e. Tel, Copyright—United Press Assn.j (The Times.) (Received June 21, 10 a.m.) LONDON, June 20. The Times' Sofia correspondent states that the King, opening the Sobranye, in a speech from the Throne declared that the general participation of tho people in the recent elections proved the freedom which they held. The Socialist leader, Sakizoff, interrupting, protested, but his objections were drowned in prolonged and frenzied cheering from deputies and the public, who acclaimed the King's subsequent appeal to the deputies to assist in the economic improvement and well-being of the nation.
