MOVIE ACTOR KILLED
WIFE ACCUSED OF MURDER
HOLLYWOOD, April 23. Tom Merrick, 32, a movie actor, was shot in two places and killed during festivities at his own home.
Neither his wife nor any of the guests has sufficiently recovered to tell tho police what happened. The police later announced that they would lay a charge of murder against Mrs. Merrick.
