OBITUARY

MILLIONAIRE SHIPOWNER (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, LONDON, April 17. ~ Mr. Wyndham Radcliffe, the millionaire Welsh shipowner, died om Friday. Wyndham Ivor Radcliffe, M.A., was a son of the late Henry Radcliffe, J.P., of Druidstone, Michaelston-y-Vedw, Cardiff, and was educated privately at Christ Church and at Oxford. He was a barrister in the Iner Temple in v 1919, and was formerly a lieutenant in the Special Reserve of Officers and R.F.A. (T.F.). In 1924 he was sheriff of Glamorgan.

DIED GOING TO MASS (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Michael McKcown, 73, a resident of Goring street, collapsed suddenly in the Basilica, Hill street,. Wellington, while walking up the aisle to attend Mass just beforo 7 o’clock yesterday morning, and died in a few minutes. It is understood that the deceased had suffered from heart trouble for some time.
