AUSTRALIAN HEAT WAVE
-SYDNEY, Jan. 15.
High temperatures ruled over the State yesterday, reaching 108 at Gundagai. In Sydney 88 was recorded with a high percentage of humidity. A man collapsed and died in the suburbs and another died near Wagga. Many heat cases wore treated in hospitals.
