BATHERS STUNG
BLUEBOTTLES INVADE BEACH (Received* January 17, 1 p.m.) SYDNEY, January 17. Swarms of March flies invaded the suiting beach at Bondi yesterday, driving the bathers ashore. Over 1000 people were treated for painful stings in temporary hospitals established on the beach.
