AND NAUGHTY MAN LONDON, Nov. 23. The methods of! supplying dogs and cats to hospitals for vivisection purposes are being subjected to a searching analysis, following the conviction of a dog stealer, who sold dogs to University College. Operating in the centre of London; he scented tho ends of his trouser-legs with aniseed, and dogs trailed him into quiet side-streets, where ho popped them into a sack. A suspicious constable watched the man, who said, "Go away, naughty dog.' > When arrested, he had two exhausted puppies in the sack.
