NOTICE is hereby given that the C'oolc County Council proposes, under the powers vested in it by “The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924.” and the Regulations made thereunder, t.o declare the roads mentioned in the schedule hereto to be “Third Class Roads.” A resolution to this effect was passed at the meeting of Council, held in the Chambers, Childers Road, Gisborne, on WEDNESDAY, 17th day of November, 1926. Any person having any objection to this classification is required to state that, objection in writing, with the grounds lor such objection, and to send the writing to the office of the county, Childers Road, Gisborne, on or before MONDAI .* the 6th day of December, 1926: SCHEDULE. The effect of this regulation being adopted will be that no Heavy Traffic License will be isued for any new vehicle or "for any second-hand vehicle brought into the county, which with the. load it is licensed to carry is more than six tons.
