NULLITY CLAIMED
MARCONI'S MARRIAGE "DEFECTIVE LEGALITY" 'Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.' ROME, Nov. 24. Signor Marconi interviewed the Pope and discussed the annulment of his marriage, for which a preliminary decree was granted by the Curia of Westminster on the ground of defective legality of his marriage with Beatrice O'Brien.
It was stated by Marconi that his wife made it. ;i condition before marriage that she could sejvirate whenever she wished, which Marconi claims nullifies the marriage in Roman Catholic canon law. It: is now rumored that Marconi is engaged to marry a member of the old Roman aristocracy.
