GERMAN PAPER LOAN
U.S.A. PRESS FLURRIED.' NEW YORK, Nov. 10. The press of New York had an exciting flurry to-day over tho German paper mark War loan bonds. Attention had suddenly been drawn to the fact that these had risen 100 per cent in a month, and wero now quoted at 2000 dollars a million marks. Under thii German Revaluation Law the bunds will bo exchanged for the new Loan Redemption deibt on a ratio of 25,000 reichsmarks per million paper marks without interest.
