Cutten, S.M., in the police court when a motorist whose car had collided with a taxi on Panmure road said that although he had reduced his speed the lights of, the other car dazzled him. and he could not see. “If you were dazzled it was your duty to pull up and wait for the other car to ’pass you,” the magistrate added. ‘ inn will be fined £1 and costs.
