HUNGARY'S KING
ELECTED EY PARLIAMENT A SENSATION CAUSED (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received November 8, 10 a.m.) BUDAPEST Nov. 5. A sensation was caused at the opening of Parliament wheu the Premier, Count Bethlcn, declared that Parliament not only had the right, but the duty to elect Hungary's future King. This declaration was made during a debate on the formation of the House of Lords, and it opens the door for dozens of contenders to propagate their claims. This is regarded as minimising the chances of Prince Otto.
