SIR JAMES CARROLL
FUNERAL CEREMONY CABINET REPRESENTATIVES (Special to the Herald.) WELLINGTON, this day. Sir Maui Pomare, who with the Hon. K. S. Williams will, represent the Ministry at the funeral of Sir Jas. Carroll, leaves here on Thursday for Gisborne, accompanied by Mr. H. E. H. Balneavis, private secretary to the Native Minister, and formerly secretarv to Sir Jas. Carroll when he was Native Minister.
Dr. To Kangihiroa,, Native Health Officer, who has returned from a visit to Rarotonga, also will attend the funeral. *
