HEARING CONCLUDED DECISION RESERVED (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. The Technical College inquiry was continued. Addressing the Commissioner, Mr. Towle said the Board of Managers had not asked for any inquiry. No direct charge of any kind had been made against the hoard, and the board had not asked any teachers to resign. Mi\ Leary said he had never seen sieh a complete breakdown of the prosecution. The allegations against Mr. Park had completely failed. The Commissioner said that if the board was dissatisfied with the conduct of any teachers it had power to dismiss them without' the machinery of a commission. His findings would be. announced in due course.
