NEW ZEALAND’S IMPORTS RAPID DECLINE THIS YEAR (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. During the first, three months of 1926 imports into New Zealand were about 6500.000 greater than in the first three months of 1925. During the next three months, compared with the corresponding period if 1925, imports decreased bv nearly .11900,000. It will probably be found that during July and August the decrease in imports will be 131,500,000: that would make tho total drop for the eight months about £2,000,000.
