MINERS' DELEGATES MEET TO CONSIDER THE SITUATION LONDON, September 28. The miners' delegates "from all parts of the country will meet in London today. Mr. A. •). LONDON, September 29. The miners' executive are surprised at the result of a secret ballot in Atheri ton, Lancashire, where the miners, by 982 to 323, decided to resume work on the employers' terms. Two thousand men are involved and the pits will be opened to-day.
