Charges ot deliberately giving .four wrong decisions in the recent worlds cycle championships held at Milan are made by tho Swiss Press against the Italian,' Signor Luigi Rertolini. wlm judged the contests. In one event the English rider, Ilahbcriield, was placed second to the Italian, Zucehetti, although, in the opinion of the onlookers the former won easily. The Danish rider, Ealkliausen, who is said to have reached the finish a wheel ahead of another Italian, Boioechi, was declared a loser, as was the Frenchman. Sehilles. who is stated to have gained a verdict, over 1 1 is Italian opponent Giorgetti. The Swiss rider kaulfmann, it is added, was similarly treated.
